Who we are
When someone’s heating or cooling system breaks, more people now ask an AI assistant what to do and who to call. The assistant answers based on the person’s question and location. Thin listings and a missing page give it fewer facts about the shop. We build and keep a cite-able public presence from facts that are still true. A team of AI agents does almost all of that work. A person at CiteLocal manages that team.
What we sell
Base is the live offer for HVAC shops. $69 one-time setup. $169 each month. $238 due today ($69 setup + $169 first month), then $169 a month.
The local report is a public page of facts for your market, so a person or a tool can name the shop without guessing. Listing keep-alive is us checking NAP, places, and schema and fixing gaps we can fix from public facts. The mini-page is a URL on YourDomain.citelocal.app that holds those same facts, so the listings and the page match.
Behind the scenes we gather the facts, write the page, file listing fixes, and re-check them on the retainer. The local report is a full pass of public listings, licenses, and who gets named in answers. That research is the homework shops never do. When a fact needs your OK, we email a link to a company or personal address you give us. You open that link — there is no password account to log into. Most of the work between us happens over email.
Base does not include ads. Ads, own domain, and video are Coming soon. When Ads opens, we would build the meta ad campaign: creative, targeting, setup, and optimization. You would join, fund the media, and approve creatives. You would not run Ads Manager.
